About The Position

This is a high-impact, multi-faceted office position reporting directly to our President & COO, Jeffrey L. Davidson. You will be the operational backbone of our daily service business — managing customer calls, dispatching field technicians, monitoring job progress, processing payroll, and supporting service operations management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Service Titan experience — dispatching, scheduling, and invoicing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a plumbing service company environment
  • Proven customer service and customer relations skills in a trades or home services setting
  • Experience with field dispatch coordination and technician scheduling
  • Payroll or time sheet processing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming customer service calls and inquiries
  • Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians daily using Service Titan
  • Monitor field technicians in real time and track job progress throughout the day
  • Process weekly technician payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records
  • Prepare invoices, work order closings, and management reports in Service Titan
  • Support the President & COO in daily service operations and coordination
