About The Position
A Customer Service Rep takes orders by phone and in person from walk-in customers. The role includes assisting walk-in customers, collecting payments and giving change, and keeping the front area clean, sometimes including the back area and dishes. In most cases, the CSR will be trained to make all products on the menu and may also be trained in oven tending.
