About The Position

This role focuses on transforming incoming customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments and initiating outbound calls to secure service and maintenance appointments. The representative will utilize call scripts effectively, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and a genuine tone. Key responsibilities include addressing customer requests promptly, solving problems efficiently, and enhancing brand loyalty. Building strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and engaging in ongoing training to improve call conversion rates and outbound calling techniques are also crucial. The role requires following company guidelines for resolving customer complaints and maintaining an updated customer database. Coordination with the on-call dispatch team is also necessary.
