About The Position

The Customer Service Representative answers telephone and in-person customer orders and helps prepare pizzas and other products. The role is available part time or full time and offers flexible hours in a fast-paced store environment. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within Domino’s.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and frequent reaching and hand use.
• Work amid the listed conditions, including temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and assist customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including cleaning and occasional maintenance-related activities.
