About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with outgoing personalities and strong people skills. The role may offer opportunities for growth, including possible advancement to management. Team members help provide customer service and support the restaurant’s daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have an outgoing personality.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare all products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area and carry products across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
