About The Position
As a Customer Service Rep, you will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, prepare products according to company standards, and help keep the restaurant clean. The role requires a friendly, professional manner and a positive, punctual, team-oriented approach. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizza. The position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow into management positions.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and reliable punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering phone orders with a smile.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing areas and the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
