About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with outgoing personalities and strong people skills. Team members work together to serve customers and may have opportunities to grow into management or other roles. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone and in-person orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. The role also requires accurate communication, basic arithmetic and cash handling, computer or touchscreen order entry, and the ability to navigate delivery locations and terrain while carrying products.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Responsibilities
