Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or utilize stairs.
  • Hand-eye coordination for tasks such as shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
  • Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing enthusiastic customer communication and a positive personality.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's and Team Fox image standards.
  • Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, and work under stress.
  • Meet strict quality control standards and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
  • Analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
  • Take orders with a smile.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
  • Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and complete associated paperwork.
  • Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
  • Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
