About The Position

Domino's is seeking Customer Service Representatives who demonstrate hustle, personality, and strong people skills. This role involves greeting customers, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the cash register, processing payments, ensuring consistent product quality in adherence to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer's perspective. Representatives are also expected to uphold a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

  • A fun and friendly person, who is comfortable talking to strangers.
  • A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude!
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Pass a Criminal Background check.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
  • Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
