About The Position

Domino’s is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to support its pizza delivery business. Team members work together to serve customers and may have opportunities to grow into management or other roles. The position may suit someone seeking a hobby, primary job, or supplemental work. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Handle monetary change accurately.
