About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a Domino’s Pizza store team member, helping make, bake, or take pizzas during the store’s operating hours. The role involves serving customers and processing orders while also supporting food preparation, stocking, inventory, cleaning, and other general store duties. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance or sign-price changes.
