About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports the restaurant’s customer service and food preparation operations. The role includes taking orders in person and over the phone, greeting customers promptly, addressing customer concerns, and suggesting additional items. The representative also handles cash, maintains a clean customer area, assists pizza makers with toppings and dough, and helps prepare high-quality pizzas while following portion-control, hygiene, and food-safety practices.
