About The Position
Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking a customer service representative for its Salt Lake, Utah franchise. The role involves helping customers place and complete orders, preparing food, and contributing to quick, positive customer experiences. Customer interactions may take place over the phone, at pickup, or when bringing an order to a customer’s car. The company provides training in preparing its pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products. The position is mostly evenings, generally starting between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and ending between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., three to four nights per week. Daytime shifts on Saturday and Sunday are also available. The company describes the role as flexible and offers opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have a positive attitude and high energy.
- Be able to smile and have fun.
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Currently reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Help customers place orders over the phone.
- Complete customer orders when they pick them up.
- Take customers’ orders to their cars.
- Learn to prepare the company’s pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly.
