About The Position

The Customer Service Rep processes customer orders and performs general store duties as part of the Domino’s Pizza team. The role includes answering telephone and in-person orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the posting describes opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to work in conditions that may include temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and stock items on shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including outside tasks such as removing trash.
