About The Position

The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders and performs general store team-member duties at a Domino’s Pizza location. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and stock deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, with cases stacked onto shelves as high as 72 inches.
• Ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces and perform tasks requiring talking, hearing, near and mid-range vision, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move deliveries, including carrying and stocking supplies.
• Perform other store tasks such as cleaning, changing prices on signs, and maintenance as needed.
