The Customer Service Rep will uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. This role involves promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Additionally, the representative will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The position requires exhibiting a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers, and providing quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly, comprehend using a computer-based order entry system, and contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun are essential.
