About The Position
Domino’s Customer Service Representatives perform customer service and pizza-making duties. They provide quality customer service and prepare food with care while helping with store operations and maintaining food and team member safety. The role involves working in a varied in-store environment, including exposure to different temperatures, food-related odors and dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. It also requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use, along with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and squatting.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate store technology.
- Ability to assist with store operations.
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain food and team member safety.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, reaching, and handling food-preparation tools and supplies.
