About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment, stocks ingredients from delivery and storage areas, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, and completes associated paperwork. The role also involves cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position requires communicating with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and accurately entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
