About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports customer service and pizza-store operations by taking orders over the phone and in person, greeting customers promptly, handling customer concerns and cash, and keeping the customer area clean. The role also assists with food preparation, quality and portion control, hygiene and food safety, general cleaning, and helping Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
