About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a Domino’s Pizza store team member, helping process customer orders and perform general store duties. The role involves taking telephone and in-person orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be able to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks; walking, lifting and carrying supplies; pushing or pulling trays; occasional climbing, bending, crouching and squatting; and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Be able to lift and stack delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and move items to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash, stocking shelves, and cleaning work areas.
