About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to receive and process customer orders and assist with general store duties. The role includes preparing products, operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement into management and other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, bending, reaching, and frequent use of the hands.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and move items to storage.
• Perform other general store team member duties as assigned.
