About The Position

Customer Service Representatives help Domino’s prepare and serve pizza while providing customer service. The role includes receiving and processing telephone orders, communicating with customers in person and by phone, entering orders using a keyboard or touch screen, preparing products, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
• Perform other store tasks, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and assisting with maintenance or sign changes as needed.
