About The Position

Binswanger Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and development within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing customer relationships, and promoting a sales culture. Binswanger Glass is a leading provider of glass and glazier solutions for residential and commercial properties, with over 150 years of experience in the industry.

Requirements

  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Appropriate etiquette for telephone, email, in-person, and other communications
  • Proven ability to determine customers’ needs and follow through to close sales and ask for referrals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and provide ongoing follow up to meet customer’s needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience and build referrals for new business.
  • Manage time appropriately to meet/exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Promote sales culture.
  • Comply with company safety policy at all times.
