About The Position
As a Customer Service Rep, you will greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments. You will prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards and perform other duties as assigned. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to pick up shifts at multiple locations. Employees may also have opportunities to grow into management positions.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player, arrive on time, and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering phone calls.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
