About The Position

Lead Dog Pizza INC is a Domino’s Pizza franchise offering an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), also called Pizza Makers, work in the kitchen taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and taking pride in the work. The position may be full-time or part-time, including the option to work one or two days a week. Flexible schedules are available. Pay is $8.00–$10.00 plus tips.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
Be punctual and have a positive attitude.
Demonstrate teamwork, customer service, and people skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly manner.
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Clean equipment and the facility.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Work as part of a team.
