About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment, stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler, and prepares products. The role receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes related paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. It also requires communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
