About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to take and process customer orders and contribute to a team-focused operation. The position may offer opportunities to grow within the company. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change.
