The Customer Service Rep helps with in-store food preparation and customer service. Team members may make menu items, assist customers by phone and in person, and expedite orders from the cut table. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to operate all store equipment.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Physical ability to perform the described duties, including frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use; lifting and carrying items; and occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and squatting.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces and to use near- and mid-range vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Work all in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and receive and process telephone orders.
• Operate store equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload product deliveries and move supplies to shelves and work areas.
• Perform duties that may involve carrying products, moving trays or trash cans, and navigating stairs or ladders.
