About The Position
The Customer Service Rep promotes Domino’s pizza products, specials, and promotions while providing quality service to customers over the phone and in person. The role also involves cross-training in food preparation and ingredients, store opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The representative is expected to uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards, respond promptly to phone and carryout customers, and contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

- Be able to use a computer-based order entry system.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
