About The Position
Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives. The role is the first point of contact for customers and involves accurately taking orders, handling customer concerns, assisting with food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing friendly service to improve the customer experience. Team DAKS owns and operates Domino’s Pizza stores across Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with orders in person and over the phone.
- Enter customer orders accurately and process payment transactions.
- Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with preparing pizzas and other menu items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in workstations, the lobby, and restrooms.
- Comply with health and safety standards.
- Work with the team to meet service goals.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management.
