About The Position

Customer Service Reps serve customers and process orders by telephone and in person, while supporting the daily operations of a Domino’s Pizza store. The role includes operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the posting describes scheduling that can accommodate other commitments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or squatting.
• Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage areas.
• Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
• Use store tools and equipment, including computers, telephones, calculators, a pizza cutter, and a pizza peel.
