About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. The role involves serving customers and processing orders in person and by telephone, while performing general team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Ability to lift and stack delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves as high as 72 inches.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and stock deliveries on shelves.
• Perform additional team-member tasks, including moving trays, cleaning, stocking, and assisting with food preparation.
