About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring customer service representatives to take and process customer orders and perform general store team-member duties. The role includes preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, operating equipment, making and labeling boxes, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and may receive on-the-job orientation and training. The position offers potential advancement from customer service to management and other opportunities within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Unload and stock bulk deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases.
• Use a hand truck to handle deliveries.
• Perform other store tasks such as removing trash, changing prices on signs, washing walls, and performing maintenance as needed.
