About The Position
The Customer Service Rep performs general operational duties, including operating equipment; stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone and internet orders; counting inventory; completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role requires communicating verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
