About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with outgoing personalities and strong people skills. Team members work together to provide customer service and support the company’s operations. Opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management, may be available. General duties include operating equipment; stocking ingredients; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Team members communicate with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone, enter orders by computer keyboard or touchscreen, and may need to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied delivery sites while carrying products.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate varied terrain, including multistory buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare all products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
