About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to help process customer orders and support store operations. The role may be part time or full time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
• Ability to work around varying or adverse weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move deliveries using a hand truck, and carry and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including occasional sign-price changes, wall washing, or maintenance.
