About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports Domino’s operations by preparing and serving high-quality pizzas, taking and processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role includes customer interaction in person and by phone, handling concerns and payments, and assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas.
- Follow food and portion control standards.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety.
- Prepare food.
- Take customer orders and suggest additional items.
- Take orders over the phone and in person.
- Address customer concerns.
- Greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean and perform general cleaning duties.
- Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
