About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment, stocks ingredients and supplies, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role involves communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, processing orders, and completing physical tasks in a food-service environment. Team members may also deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand and motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and occasional stair or ladder navigation.
• For delivery duties, ability to travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area when required.
