Requirements

  • Qualified customer service representatives.
  • Possess personality and people skills.
  • Ability to work schedules that accommodate personal time.
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks.
  • Ability to walk for short distances for short durations.
  • Ability to sit for paperwork completion.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lbs).
  • Ability to push/pull trays on dollies.
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stoop/bend at the waist.
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Use of hands is continuous during the day.
  • Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel.
  • Ability to use a rolling cutter.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Talking and hearing on the telephone.
  • Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Ability to direct activities.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work alone and with others.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Ability to meet strict quality control standards.
  • Ability to deal with people.
  • Ability to analyze and compile data.
  • Ability to make judgments and decisions.
