About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative to help serve customers and support store operations. Team members may work part time or full time, with schedules described as accommodating. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and opportunities for advancement may include management roles. The position involves taking customer orders in person and over the phone, preparing food, maintaining the kitchen and equipment, and assisting with dining room service as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic verbal, writing, and communication skills to comprehend, give, and receive instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking short distances, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and reach shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and food items as requested.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility, including sanitizing the kitchen and equipment and removing garbage when necessary.
• Assist with dining room service, including readying customer orders.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Set up and operate the dishwashing area, keeping the dishwasher clean and free of debris.
• Maintain temperature, sanitation, and equipment-cleaning logs.
• Keep the hand sink clean and stocked with supplies such as paper towels and hand soap.
• Unload product deliveries, move and stock supplies, and perform other physical store tasks.
