About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes related paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires accurately handling calculations and monetary change, communicating with customers and co-workers, and entering and processing orders by phone and in person.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
