About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to take and process orders and contribute to store operations. Team members may work part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role may offer opportunities for advancement from customer service to management and other positions within the company.

The work involves operating store equipment; stocking, preparing products, processing phone and in-person orders, cleaning, and making and labeling boxes. Team members work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations, food-related odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The position requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, hand use, and other physical activity, including handling deliveries and supplies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the stated physical requirements, including handling deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and performing frequent standing, reaching, and hand tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Unload and move product deliveries and supplies using a hand truck where needed.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash and occasional sign, wall-cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
