About The Position

VAZ Restaurants, LLC is a 29-store Domino’s franchise located in Sacramento, California, with opportunities for development, advancement, and promotion. Customer Service Representatives help provide excellent customer service while working with the store team. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Advancement opportunities may include management and other roles within the franchise.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Great attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to work around varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and process orders in person.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
