About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR), also known as a Pizza Maker. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers while helping the team provide a positive, enjoyable experience. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques, and the role may suit students or people seeking additional work hours. The position is available full-time or part-time, including the option to work just a day or two per week. Pay is $8.00–$10.00 plus tips. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
- Be fun and friendly, comfortable talking to strangers, punctual, and positive.
- Have hustle, personality, people skills, and a team-player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and take phone orders.
- Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Make products consistently in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
