About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to take and process orders and contribute to store operations. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas in storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and other required handling methods.
• Perform additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining signs or equipment.
