About The Position
The Customer Service Rep greets customers, takes orders, processes payments, and prepares products according to Domino’s portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, complying with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizza. The position offers weekly pay, a flexible schedule, referral bonuses, opportunities to pick up shifts at multiple locations, employee discounts, access to an Employee Assistance Program and board-certified physicians after 30 days of employment, and the ability to grow into management positions.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a punctual team player with a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
