About The Position

The Customer Service Rep receives and processes customer orders in person and over the phone, prepares products, stocks ingredients, cleans equipment and the facility, distributes marketing materials, and communicates positively with customers and team members. The role requires a helpful attitude, the ability to work independently and with others, and a commitment to quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Team members must follow Domino's image and uniform standards and perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Willingness to conform to Domino's Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Desire to meet high quality-control standards in fast-paced circumstances.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to receive instructions and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
• Occasional ability to lift up to 30 pounds and rare ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to infrequently climb ladders for cleaning, changing signs, and maintenance.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
• Prepare all products.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas, the production area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Communicate positively with customers and fellow team members.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the management team.
