About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a member of a Domino’s Pizza store team, helping prepare and sell pizzas during the day and night. The role includes processing customer orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, and cleaning store equipment and facilities. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the posting describes opportunities to advance into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the stated physical tasks, including standing for most tasks, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Ability to lift and stack delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance-related tasks.
