About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with a positive attitude and strong people skills. The role involves working in different areas of the store, including delivery duties, and can offer opportunities to advance into management and other roles. The schedule may accommodate school or other commitments, and the position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Outstanding people skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
Willingness to work hard as part of a team.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have a personal vehicle for delivery duties.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment and take on different store roles, including delivery duties.
Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and coolers.
Prepare products according to established standards.
Receive and process telephone and computer orders.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Comply with safety requirements.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
Take on other tasks as assigned.
