About The Position

The Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker serves customers by telephone, electronically, and face to face; answers and resolves inquiries and complaints; and takes and processes orders using a touch-screen computer system. The role also prepares food products and helps keep the front of the store clean. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Candidates should be clean-cut, personable, outgoing, energetic, dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, responsible, quick to learn, and self-motivated. Starting pay is $15 per hour. Applicant information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Clean-cut, personable, outgoing, energetic, dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, responsible, quick to learn, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
• Memorize and maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner, including smiling over the phone and face to face.
• Prepare all food products.
• Clean and sweep, and help keep the front of the store clean.
• Take and process orders by phone and in person using the touch-screen computer system.
• Make correct monetary change.
